Job summary

CommunityAmerica Credit Union is seeking an experienced AVP, Branch Manager to lead a branch team, deliver consultative financial solutions, and deepen member relationships. You will drive sales, service excellence, and community engagement while ensuring compliant, fiscally responsible operations.

You’ll coach staff, build relationships with local leaders, and represent the credit union in the Toyota Plant community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Deep knowledge of financial products and regulatory standards.
