Job summary

Baptist Health in Miami is seeking the AVP, Brain & Spine System Operations & Integration to lead enterprise-wide neuroscience strategies, alignment, growth and operational excellence. You will partner with hospitals, neuroscience institutes, physician practices and external stakeholders to strengthen the network and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Business Administration or Health Administration is required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to lead in a complex, matrixed healthcare organization.
Experience in financial, operational, and physician practice management.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership for strategies that enhance alignment and growth across Brain & Spine care.
Partner with hospitals, institutes, physician practices and external stakeholders to strengthen the neuroscience network.
Lead strategic planning, operational execution and change management across affiliated entities.
Translate enterprise priorities into measurable, systemwide practices driving accountability and performance.
Advance clinical and operational integration and expand access to brain and spine care.
