Job summary

Montefiore Health System in the New York metro area seeks an AVP, Operations & Network Development to lead growth initiatives within the Faculty Practice Group. You will shape strategy, oversee network expansion, and partner with physician leaders and administrators to advance access, quality, and financial performance across 200+ practice locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership in complex systems.
• Proven track record in ambulatory operations, network growth, and acquisitions.
• Strong data analytics, change management, and executive communication.
• Expertise in Epic scheduling and Cadence workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead physician enterprise growth initiatives, including acquisitions and network expansion.
• Develop business plans and operational strategies for growth.
• Partner with physician leaders and executives to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Oversee planning and integration of new practices and services.
• Provide leadership to multidisciplinary project teams.
• Use data to evaluate opportunities and drive informed decisions.
• Prepare executive communications and performance reports.
• Drive continuous improvement in access, productivity and patient experience.
