dormakaba seeks an AVP Supply Chain Americas based in Indianapolis, IN. The AVP Supply Chain Americas translates global and regional strategies into actionable plans across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, leading SOP, demand forecasting, production planning, materials management, logistics and inventory optimization.

Base salary ranges from $195,000 to $205,000 with additional incentive compensation; benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• APICS or IBF certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate global and regional supply chain strategies into actionable plans for the Americas hub.
• Lead end-to-end SOP across Americas plants with cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Product Management to generate reliable demand forecasts.
• Optimize production, capacity, and inventory planning and mitigate risks.
