The role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $115,000, complemented by an annual bonus. The position demands experience in cost accounting and the ability to deliver detailed financial plans aligned with operational goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cost accounting or cost analyst work experience in a standard cost manufacturing environment.
• Previous similar position with SAP experience beneficial.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed recurring analysis of Cost of Goods Sold, inventory, and gross margin.
• Establish standardized reporting for Cost of Goods Sold and Plant Performance Measurements.
• Partner with operations team to develop financial plans aligned to operational goals.
• Managing cost accounting and inventory function day-to-day.
