Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
- 7–10 years of Finance/FP&A experience.
- Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted finance partner to Commercial leadership with data-driven insights.
- Lead monthly Commercial Finance performance reporting with variance analysis.
- Partner with stakeholders to establish reporting and forecasting rhythms.
- Collaborate with North America leadership to develop monthly financial plans and metrics.
- Develop business cases to inform investments and strategic decisions.
