Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an AVP, AI & Data Solutions to lead design and delivery of AI initiatives for healthcare clients. You will drive data transformations, architect cloud/hybrid solutions, and manage stakeholder relationships across distributed teams.

The role emphasizes executive guidance, proposal development, and coaching junior practitioners, with a travel requirement up to 50%. This position reflects Deloitte's healthcare consulting expertise in transforming data platforms and analytics

Qualifications

Enterprise-scale AI/Data solutions experience in healthcare providers.
Hands-on data platform modernization across cloud/on-prem.
Experience with cloud data architectures, migrations and tech mgmt.
Familiar with Epic Clarity/Caboodle or Cerner/Oracle Health ecosystems.
Knowledge of HL7, FHIR and ICD coding standards.
Data operations including orchestration, monitoring and quality.
Proven ability to lead complex AI/Data engagements.
Executive-level conversations and strategic advisory experience.
Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

Responsibilities
