Job summary
Deloitte in Tempe is seeking an Associate Vice President, AI and Data Solutions to lead complex engagements for Life Sciences and Pharma clients. You will translate business needs into scalable AI, data, and digital designs, working with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and value realization.
You will guide budgeting, staffing, and client relationships while mentoring junior practitioners and shaping go-to-market efforts.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in enterprise data architecture, analytics, AI/ML, and digital transformation.
- 6+ years in Life Sciences/pharma manufacturing, quality, or operational projects.
- 6+ years with MES/QMS/LIMS/ERP/PLM platforms.
- 4+ years leading complex technology engagements.
- Ability to travel ~50% on average.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI & Data engagements for Life Sciences and Pharma clients.
- Shape and deliver AI/data solutions and reference architectures.
- Collaborate across business, product, and engineering teams.
- Define deliverables, manage quality, timelines, and risk.
- Lead workshops, executive sessions, and client presentations.
- Mentor practitioners and contribute to go-to-market efforts.
