Job summary

The Church of Eleven22® seeks an AVL Solutions and Strategy Manager to drive project coordination and business development for church AVL integration across campuses. You will partner with the AVL Systems Delivery Manager to execute projects, manage vendor relationships, and help shape AVL standards and integration best practices.

In this role you will support proposals, scope development, and client-facing discussions, often traveling to client sites as needed, while aligning with the Logistics

Qualifications

• Project management experience within AVL integration, construction or related technical field.
• Experience with AutoCAD or Vectorworks and design software preferred.
• Client-facing consulting, account management or business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead AVL projects from planning through completion with AVL Systems Delivery Manager.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and onsite project execution to meet budgets and timelines.
• Support campus launches, peak seasons and overlapping projects.
• Translate AVL requirements into clear project plans and deliverables.
• Participate in client meetings and sales engagements with leadership.
