Job summary

The Church of Eleven22 is seeking an AVL Solutions and Strategy Manager to coordinate AVL projects, work with the AVL Systems Delivery Manager, and support business development across church campuses. Qualifications

• Project management experience in AVL integration or related technical field.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Vectorworks or similar design software preferred.
• Experience in business development, account management or client relationship management preferred.
• Client-facing consulting, owner's representative or technical advisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned AVL projects from planning through completion, partnering with the AVL Systems Delivery Manager.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate onsite project execution to meet budgets and timelines.
• Provide project management support during campus launches and high-volume periods.
• Translate AVL requirements into clear project plans, timelines and deliverables for stakeholders and vendors.
• Participate in client meetings and sales engagements, including travel as needed.
