Job summary

Summit Integrated, a Colorado-based AV/AVL integrator, seeks a Solution Architect to design high-level AV/AVL concepts that reflect the customer vision and to support sales with budget-conscious proposals. The role includes creating system part lists, sketches, and 3D renderings, and collaborating with engineers to finalize documentation.

You will lead programming, calibration, and tuning of AVL systems, deliver staff training, and ensure installations meet Summit standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an AVL technical role.
• Experience in system implementation and operation.
• Experience with client-facing interactions, including presenting solutions and guiding decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develops and designs high-level AV/LA concepts aligned with customer vision.
• Acts as technical expert during the sales process, evidencing value and budget adherence.
• Produces complete AV/LA system parts list and scope documentation.
• Prepares documentation for winning projects (loudspeaker concepts, sketches, 3D renderings).
• Collaborates with engineering on design documentation and approvals.
• Oversees and performs programming, calibration, and tuning of AVL systems.
• Delivers training to staff and volunteers on new systems.
