Job summary

RTX is hiring for an onsite technician role focused on avionics production and testing. The selected candidate will follow blueprints, perform functional tests, document results, and operate diagnostic tools in a safety‑conscious environment.

The position favors candidates with an AS in Electronics Technology, a HS diploma or GED, and hands‑on experience with DMM, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer and signal generators. Training provided.

Qualifications

• U.S. Person required or eligible for export authorizations.
• HS diploma or GED or vocational/technical education with 2+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Follows blueprints, guidelines to meet product specs and tolerances.
• Performs functional testing per established procedures.
• Documents test results and data for records.
• Uses hand tools, test equipment, and measuring devices correctly.
• Supports quality systems and continuous improvement (ACE).
• Meets internal/external deadlines as a team.
• Trains others for technical tasks when needed.
