Blue Origin Space Coast, FL is seeking an Avionics Technician to configure production areas, operate precision tools, and lead improvements for safe spaceflight. You will build and test avionics assemblies, harnesses, and power systems, ensuring quality and adherence to 5S practices.

The role requires interpreting drawings, wiring diagrams, and test procedures, with hands-on use of multimeters, oscilloscope, torque wrenches, micrometers, and calipers. U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience with avionics, or cable harness assembly and testing (Level I–III).
• Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, and test procedures with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on experience with precision calibration tools and testing power systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure new production work areas with tooling and equipment for efficient workflow.
• Operate forklifts, cranes and precision tools to maintain safety and quality.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for safety and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and support transition from development to production.
• Maintain clean work areas following 5S principles.
