LAUNCH Defense is Hiring: Avionics Mechanic

LAUNCH Defense is seeking an Avionics Mechanic with King Air experience highly preferred. The role involves installing and repairing electrical parts, units, and components on aircraft.

Responsibilities:

1. Install units, parts, equipment, and components in avionics assemblies according to blueprints and specifications.
2. Fabricate and assemble prototype equipment for military aircraft, familiar with military manuals, orders, and blueprints.
3. Coordinate with project engineers and provide technical assistance.
4. Service, repair, and overhaul aircraft to ensure airworthiness.
5. Repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft components such as wiring harnesses, power systems, communication/navigation, and flight control systems using various tools.
6. Read and interpret maintenance manuals, technical manuals, FAA FARs, and aircraft manuals.
7. Service batteries to maintain safe operating conditions.
8. Install units, parts, equipment, and components in structural assembly per blueprints, using hand and power tools.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
