Job summary

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, test, adjust, and repair avionics equipment
• Troubleshoot avionics issues using wiring diagrams and manuals
• Plan and execute installation of avionics assemblies and systems
• Operate ground support and test equipment for functional tests
• Read and follow maintenance manuals to locate and service components
• Identify and repair discrepancies using manufacturer manuals
• Demonstrate basic understanding of electrical and electronics theory
• Perform skilled manual work using soldering irons and testing equipment
• Lift and carry tools and materials; work in various positions
• Adhere to safety procedures and FAA English language requirements
• Maintain accurate records including work orders and time/material logs
