Job summary

ACET is seeking an Avionics Technician II for the MCAS New River, Jacksonville, NC. You will perform routine aircraft maintenance, inspect avionics and electrical systems, and provide technical guidance to technicians to ensure quality flight line services.

The role requires at least five years of rotary wing aviation experience, U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain a Secret clearance, and proficiency with maintenance manuals and OOMA documentation. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years rotary wing aviation experience.
• One year as Collateral Duty Inspector on USMC UH-1 or AH-1 or similar aircraft.
• High school diploma or GED.
• U.S. Citizen and able to pass background check and obtain/maintain Common Access Card.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine aircraft maintenance functions.
• Conduct quality inspections of aircraft, components, and systems (avionics, electrical, instrument, armament).
• Provide technical guidance and interpret instructions to technicians.
• Complete maintenance documentation using OOMA and required forms.
