Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent certificate, or bronze WorkKeys required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in aircraft avionics system troubleshooting and repair.
• Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certification is helpful.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Functional testing, troubleshooting, and repair of avionics systems on aircraft at a Textron Aviation Service Center.
• Ensure safety and efficiency of aircraft through accurate diagnostics and repairs.
• Perform duties based on aircraft orders and wiring diagrams, following FAA procedures.
• Assist pilots and participate in flight testing as needed.
• Adhere to written and oral instructions and maintain compliance with standards.
