The role emphasizes hands-on avionics work, teamwork, and strict adherence to specifications in a maintenance environment. A high school diploma or GED is required, with FAA A&P certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of avionics/electrical work experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• FAA Airframe or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate preferred.
• Soldering or electrostatic discharge training preferred.
• Sheetmetal knowledge preferred.
• Familiarity with wiring schematics, blueprints, and electrical principles.
• Own tools required for assigned tasks; overtime may be needed.
• Team-oriented with attention to detail and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Build cables and wiring harnesses to print.
• Modify items to meet Bell blueprint specifications.
• Perform soldering and connector pinouts.
• Build circuit breaker panel assemblies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
