Job summary

Firefly Aerospace, Inc. is seeking an Avionics Production Technician to join our Cedar Park, Texas facility. You will assemble wire harnesses and related flight hardware, ensuring high reliability for space launch systems.

You’ll work with Avionics and Integration teams to build, test, and document assemblies for QA and production timelines. The role emphasizes hands-on harness assembly, adherence to IPC standards, and collaboration with engineers to drive quality and on-time delivery in a

Qualifications

Experience in wire harness or electronics assembly.
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
Attention to detail and ability to document work for QA.

Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble high quality wire harnesses and electro-mechanical assemblies.
Ensure work is properly documented for QA inspection.
Perform harness repair techniques including splicing, soldering, and pinning.
Read planning documents, schematics, and drawings to guide assembly.
Provide feedback to engineering on quality and process improvements.
Comply with FOD, tool control, 5-S and safety regulations.
Monitor progress and deliver work on time.
