Aircraft Services Team - Bell Piney Flats
Come join the Bell Piney Flats Aircraft Services team and help ensure best in class service to our customers. In this position, you'll be an integral part of the Aircraft Customization team, performing a variety of avionics tasks and gaining valuable hands-on aviation experience.
2+ years of experience in avionics and/orelectrical/electronic work related to job duties.
Additional experience may be a plus.
High school diploma or GED is required.
FAA Airframe or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate is preferred.
Professional training or certificate in areas such as soldering or electrostatic discharge training is preferred.
Sheetmetal knowledge is preferred.
Familiarity with wiring schematics, blueprints, and electrical principles.
Ability to purchase own tools required for the jobs assigned, and to work overtime as required.
Ability to work as a team member to ensure quality and timely completion of aircraft to meet schedule with strong attention to detail, and ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to follow written and verbal instruction and progressively grow your expertise by learning and retaining new skills.
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs., and to team lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to perform prolonged kneeling, squatting, sitting, crawling, and climbing stairs, ladders and work stands.
Ability to stand for extended periods during the entire duration of shift.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small components and tools.
Flexibility to bend, stoop, and crouch as required for tasks.
Good vision, including the ability to focus on small details and identify defects.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress and potential issues.
Willingness to follow instructions and ask for clarification when needed.
