The Flight Controls & Avionics Systems Integration Engineer is responsible for the technical integration, validation, tuning, and operational readiness of Embention’s mission-critical flight control and avionics systems across customer platforms operating in demanding environments.
This role sits at the intersection of systems engineering, flight controls, avionics integration, and operational deployment, and serves as a key technical interface between Embention and its customers. The engineer works hands-on with both customer and internal engineering teams to integrate flight control systems into aircraft, ensure correct system behavior across all operating modes, and support ground and flight test activities.
You will work with complete flight systems end-to-end, from simulation and SIL/HIL testing through ground testing and flight test, ensuring system performance, reliability, and safety throughout the entire integration lifecycle.
This role is critical to ensuring that Embention’s flight control and avionics systems are
correctly integrated, validated, and trusted across customer platforms. The Systems
Integration Engineer plays a direct role in aircraft safety, performance, and mission success by bridging engineering development with real-world operational deployment.
