Job summary

System One seeks an Avionics Supply Chain Program Manager for a contract role in the Greater Los Angeles area. You will lead IPTs, align requirements with program goals, and coordinate with suppliers and contract manufacturers to release SoWs, SDRLs, and EIDs.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience in complex electronic products, strong data analysis, and proven scheduling skills using MS Project. Travel up to 30% is expected and U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in avionics engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years in complex electronic product development and NPI program management.
• Experience coordinating with external manufacturers and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with MS Excel or similar budgeting and data reporting tools.
• Experience with project scheduling using MS Project or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPTs to capture requirements and align with program goals.
• Drive product artifacts for manufacture and release.
• Collaborate with supply chain and contract manufacturers on SoWs, SDRLs, EIDs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships.
• Develop and track demand signals for hardware purchases.
• Schedule status meetings with suppliers to monitor performance.
• Plan and conduct product testing with internal and external teams.
• Manage scope changes, deviations, and schedule adjustments.
