Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of receiving, precision, or metrological inspection experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 10-20%.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and perform required physical tasks.
• Open to all required shift hours, overtime, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Travel 10-20% to perform visual and dimensional inspections at supplier sites and in incoming inspection areas.
• Select and use standard gauges to ensure quality.
• Inspect feature tolerances using appropriate tools.
• Perform complex inspections on mechanical parts and assemblies.
• Lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives; support supplier corrective actions.
• Assist development of inspection plans at suppliers.
• Provide guidance on SpaceX requirements and inspection processes.
• Collaborate with teams, lead projects, and drive process improvements.
