Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building, testing, troubleshooting, or repairing avionics or electrical hardware.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and manufacturing docs.
• Experience with PCBA rework, wiring harnesses, and electro-mechanical assembly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Avionics Manufacturing Technicians on daily production.
• Organize work orders, balance workloads, and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Provide hands-on support for complex builds, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing/Avionics Engineering, QA, Planning, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
• Drive productivity, first-pass yield, and production flow improvements.
