Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product support or avionics.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, aviation, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital and solid-state avionics electronics.
• Ability to analyze business impact on customer satisfaction, profitability, and market positioning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer technical inquiries and diagnostics.
• Use Salesforce to track cases and coordinate support activities.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions with engineering teams.
• Contribute to the development of service bulletins and technical publications.
• Deliver customer training on installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Travel domestically and internationally to customer sites and Acron facilities as needed.
