Job summary

Acron Aviation is seeking an Avionics Products Support Engineer to provide top-tier technical support for communication, flight recorder, and display products across multiple sites including Grand Rapids, MI, Phoenix, AZ, and St. Petersburg, FL.

You will troubleshoot, guide customers, and train on product operation while collaborating with engineering, operations, and quality teams to improve reliability and uptime. Occasional travel to customer sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, aviation, or related field.
• 8+ years in product support, avionics, or related field.
• Strong electronics knowledge including avionics technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer technical inquiries and provide timely support.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues for supported avionics products.
• Use Salesforce to track customer interactions and support cases.
• Lead and participate in RC/CA analyses with engineering teams.
• Develop and deliver training materials for customers on product installation and maintenance.
