Job summary

Aleron, through Acara Solutions, seeks an assembler in Malabar, FL for a 12-month Temp-to-Direct assignment in aerospace and defense. You will manually place through-hole components on CCAs and operate semi-automatic assembly equipment, on a 4/10 first shift.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and 4+ years experience with contact machines and through-hole parts. Prior avionics/defense exposure and familiarity with JUKI, Amistar, or Contact insertion are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of experience running the Contact machine and hand placing through-hole parts on CCAs.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in avionics or defense manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manually place through-hole components onto CCAs with precision.
• Operate semi-automatic contact machines for placement and clinching.
• Inspect assemblies for proper positioning and quality standards.
• Support daily production goals and collaborate with manufacturing teams.
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures in avionics manufacturing.
