Job summary

Entegee is seeking an experienced Avionics Verification & Validation Engineer in Irvine, CA to translate requirements into automated Python tests and support end-to-end regression testing for embedded systems.

You will work with Jira/Testray to manage cases, develop scripts in a bespoke framework, and validate them on SITL before porting to HIL benches, ensuring thorough regression verification.

Qualifications

• Translate defined functional requirements and test cases—managed in Jira via Testray—into robust, automated Python test scripts.
• Develop and validate scripts against Software in the loop (SITL) before porting to hardware in the loop (HIL) benches for regression verification.

Job Description:

Translate defined functional requirements and test cases-managed and tracked in Jira via the Testray add on, into robust, automated Python Test Scripts

Utilize bespoke test framework, writing and validating scripts against Software in the loop (SITL) virtual test bench before porting and executing them on their internally developed hardware in the loop (HIL) benches for regression verification.
