Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• Academic, internship, co-op, laboratory, senior-design, or research experience involving electronic hardware, circuit design, embedded systems, avionics, or electrical test is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and update schematics, bills of materials, interface definitions, wiring information, and basic electrical design documentation under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Perform circuit calculations, component research, tolerance reviews, bench measurements, troubleshooting, and laboratory testing of analog, digital, power, and mixed-signal electronics.
• Support prototype build, bring-up, integration, and test of circuit card assemblies, embedded electronics, avionics interfaces, sensors, and associated test equipment.
• Use electrical engineering tools for schematic capture, simulation, data analysis, documentation, and configuration control.
• Learn applicable aerospace and defense design standards.
• Work with systems, software, firmware, mechanical, test, and manufacturing engineers to resolve technical issues and support successful hardware integration and verification.
