Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Software Engineer to join the NGA Flight Displays team. You will contribute to the Anthem Next Generation Avionics Platform, focusing on design, development and verification of Core Displays for future cockpits.

The role involves collaboration with engineers across disciplines to ensure high-performance, reliable software on embedded display systems, with opportunities to work on RTOS-based and graphics-intensive applications.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Software, or Computer Science.
• Embedded software development experience ~1.5-2+ years (Engr II), ~4-5 years (Engr III).
• Competence in C/C++, Python, OpenGL, Vulkan as highlighted in the qualifications.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, integrate and verify Core Displays on Anthem Next Generation Avionics Platform.
• Create test cases based on system requirements to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with avionics systems.
