Job summary

Collins Aerospace in the United States is hiring an Avionics Electronics Technician for the 1st shift (Mon–Fri 6:00 AM–2:30 PM) at the Federal Way site. You will perform testing, troubleshooting, repair, and modification of electronic avionics equipment in an FAA-regulated environment.

This onsite role requires a HS diploma or AA/AS and 2 years of electronics maintenance experience; AAS and prior military experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or AA/AS with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Electronics maintenance experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate precision test equipment for alignment and testing of electrical equipment and systems.
• Troubleshooting and testing of repair units.
• Aligns and adjusts electronic components per calibration procedures.
• Utilize SAP and other MRO programs.
• Collaborate on project teams and communicate with engineering and leadership.
