Job summary

Reliable Robotics is seeking an Electrical Test Engineer to join our Hardware Test engineering team. You will develop automated test equipment for functional and environmental tests, analyze results, and drive design improvements for safe, reliable avionics hardware.

This on-site role is located in Mountain View, CA or Seattle, WA, with up to 30% travel. We offer stock options, medical coverage, 401k, and a casual, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle electronics hardware test or development experience in a professional environment.
• Experience with programming/scripting languages (C, C++, Python) and ability to develop and maintain test software.
• Ability to methodically diagnose, document, and solve electronic hardware problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of automated test equipment systems for functional, environmental qualification, and manufacturing acceptance tests.
• Analyze test results to identify failure modes, lead root cause investigations, and drive improvements back into designs.
• Author, execute, and audit test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful testing campaigns.
• Drive continuous improvement to test system infrastructure, processes, and practices.
