Job summary

Gulfstream in Savannah, GA is seeking an Avionics/Electrical Technician 3 to perform testing, troubleshooting and repair of avionics and aircraft systems to ensure a defect‑free aircraft and reliable operation. This is a 1st shift position with hours 5:45am–4:15pm and overtime as necessary.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED, 5 years in avionics/electrical field, plus preferred A&P, FCC or NCATT credentials. Safety and quality are paramount in all procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• 5 years experience in avionics/electrical career field; 2 years of accredited schooling may offset two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates superior technical skills in avionics and aircraft systems testing and troubleshooting.
• Teaches installation and functional testing of electrical/avionics components per specs and manuals.
• Ensures quality and efficiency of all installations and repairs.
• Repairs or replaces defective components and wiring to meet standards.
