Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4 years avionics/electrical career experience or 2 years aviation electronics schooling plus 2 years related experience.
• A&P license preferred; FCC and NCATT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates technical skills in avionics and aircraft systems testing and troubleshooting.
• Installs and functionally tests electrical/avionics components per specs and manuals.
• Ensures quality and efficiency of installations; repairs malfunctioning systems.
• Repairs or replaces defective components and wiring to meet conformity.
• Performs engineering changes and sets up test equipment; conducts tests.
• Documents all work for inspection and safety compliance.
