You will work with experienced teammates, use a range of hand tools, and ensure compliance with FAA and Piper QIM/QAM standards while supporting continuous improvement and safety programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years avionics electrical experience for Avionics Electrical Assembler I.
• Overtime and scheduled shift flexibility may be required.
• Ability to read Piper Drawings and PPS for assembly.

Responsibilities

• Cut/strip wires, crimp terminals, solder, and connect wires between components.
• Use hand tools such as strippers, cutters, crimpers, soldering irons, and pliers.
• Assemble and attach hardware to assemblies.
• Inspect and sign off on own work using Piper certifications.
• Maintain compliance with Piper QAM/QIM and FAA requirements.
• Rework discrepancies as necessary.
• Participate in continuous improvement to reduce defects and increase productivity.
• Adhere to Safety, 5S, PPE and environmental policies.
