804 Technology in Oro Valley, AZ, is seeking an FAA‑Product Assembler 2 for a 7‑month contract. The role involves disassembly, assembly, re‑work, and basic testing of various electrical/electronic equipment.

You will follow written instructions, use IPC‑A‑610B Class 3 soldering standards, prepare wiring and batteries, and maintain a clean, safe workstation while meeting 6S guidelines.

Qualifications

• IPC‑A‑610B Class 3 soldering experience
• Wiring preparation and pre-tinning
• Conformal coat application and bonding

Responsabilités

• Use electric soldering equipment to IPC‑A‑610B Class 3 standard.
• Cut, prepare and pre‑tin wires, prepare batteries, apply conformal coat, marking and adhesive bonding.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Complete work according to instructions, specifications and procedures, under supervision.
• Perform complex mechanical and electro‑mechanical assembly operations per instructions.
• Inspect own and others’ work for accuracy per drawings.
• Maintain a clean, orderly workstation adhering to 6S standards.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and safety record.
• Adhere to company guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Assist other departments with duties and training as needed.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by Lead Tech/Supervisor.
