Job summary

RTX is seeking a motivated student for an internship/co-op in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will join a team of systems engineers designing the next generation of avionics computing products and collaborating with hardware, software, and systems teams.

Applicants should be pursuing an engineering degree and have exposure to Python and computer architecture. This onsite role offers learning opportunities across the systems engineering lifecycle and a clear path to advancing in aerospace.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Engineering and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
• Experience with at least one programming language (Python is used regularly in the role)
• Working knowledge of computer architecture

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
