Salem-Keizer Public Schools is seeking AVID Tutors to support middle and high school students within the AVID program. Tutors facilitate small-group and one-on-one sessions using Socratic questioning and collaborative learning to advance academic progress and college and career readiness.
Tutors serve as positive role models, guiding students across subjects, providing feedback, and coordinating with the AVID coordinator to track progress and schedules.
