Job summary

Cambridge Public Schools is seeking an AVID Program Facilitator at CRLS to coordinate the AVID program for students, tutors and teachers. You will lead sessions, plan curriculum, hire tutors and manage events and field trips.

The successful CRLS faculty member will be trained in AVID methods; the contract runs from September 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, with a flat stipend of $3,215 paid in two installments in December and June.

Qualifications

• CRLS faculty member trained in AVID methods and curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the AVID Program at CRLS.
• Select students and hire tutors.
• Plan curriculum and organize AVID field trips and guest speakers.
• Teach an AVID course as well as other content-area classes.
• Coordinate evening and/or summer events and training as needed.
