StandardAero, Inc. is seeking a Welder in Florida who will operate GTAW, GMAW, and other welding processes to fabricate parts per shop drawings. You will read blueprints, operate related equipment, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires 3+ months TIG welding experience, ability to interpret weld specs, and the physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. On-site, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• 3 months or more of TIG welding experience.
• At least 6 months of experience reading, understanding, and interpreting blueprints under supervision.
• Must be able to sit or stand for at least 50% of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Mansioni

• Produce parts from shop drawings to meet specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specs.
• Operate brazing and soldering equipment.
• Operate metal shaping machines (brakes, shears, etc.).
• Participate in process improvements.
• Cross-train in complementary skills for production needs.
• Observe all safety requirements.
