HHS Aviation at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is seeking a Distribution Office Agent to support daily operations by managing stock, equipment, and inventory for all station departments. The role emphasizes organization and security to ensure smooth airline operations across the Distribution Office.

The position is full-time with day/evening shifts, requiring a background check, drug screen, and ability to obtain CBP clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly, push/pull 300 lb cart, stand for extended periods.
• Must have a valid driver's license (DL) and be able to clear CBP clearance.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain stock, equipment, and inventory across station departments.
• Keep the Distribution Office organized and secure; doors must remain closed/locked.
• Complete daily tasks and submit shift updates to the appropriate parties.
• Understand distribution responsibilities and AA policies.
• Support operational events and perform tasks directed by leadership.
• Commit to safety and professional conduct with leadership and station teams.
