Qualifications

• 4+ years of civil litigation experience and an active Illinois bar license.
• Background in products liability, transportation, or insurance defense.
• Aviation or transportation experience is a plus.
• Exceptional writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of their work.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in aviation and transportation matters.
• Advise clients on regulatory aviation issues.
• Draft and negotiate complex contracts for aviation-related transactions.
• Participate in client meetings, depositions, and mediations.
