Qualifications

• 4+ years of civil litigation experience required.
• Active Illinois bar license mandatory.
• Experience in products liability, transportation, or insurance defense is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in aviation, transportation, and products liability matters.
• Draft and negotiate complex contracts for aviation-related transactions.

Skills

Civil litigation experience

Exceptional writing, analytical, and verbal communications skills

Familiarity with FAA regulations

Education
