Responsibilities
- Handling a wide range of complex litigation matters related to products liability, transportation, aviation, and insurance coverage.
- Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in all stages of litigation.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and motions.
- Conducting thorough and detailed legal research to support case strategies.
- Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation laws.
- Collaborating with other team members to develop effective case strategies.
- Negotiating settlements in the best interest of the client.
- Ensuring all case-related activities are compliant with ethical and legal standards.
