Job summary

Bombardier Aerospace seeks a training-focused professional to support aircraft maintenance and corporate jet training programs. You will develop curricula, coordinate courses, and work with regulators and quality teams to ensure compliant training delivery.

Role involves scheduling, content creation, and evaluating training effectiveness, with duties spanning travel coordination and material inventory. Experience in video production and FAR training knowledge is valued.

Qualifications

• 3 years aircraft maintenance work experience or substantiated equivalent experience
• 1 year corporate / commercial jet experience
• Experience in developing and administering technical training programs
• Interpersonal skills to work with regulators, management, suppliers and sites
• Basic knowledge of heavy maintenance practices in aviation
• Basic knowledge of training system development and administration principles
• Knowledge of FAR training regulations Parts 145 and 163
• Experience with training techniques and video production
• Experience with instructional design and education methods
• Ability to plan, prioritize and coordinate multiple projects
• Ability to create, deliver and evaluate curricula and materials
• Computer skills for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, training, email and web apps
• Strong presentation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely acquisition of parts and materials by planning and forecasting requirements and coordinating with internal and external suppliers and materials personnel
• Adhere to General Work Requirements
• Facilitate and schedule technical training courses and programs, including rooms, equipment and course evaluations
• Assist in development of curriculum, materials, and teaching aids
• Coordinate with quality team on audits and training related issues
• Coordinate and maintain inventory of purchased training materials
• Perform data entry, record keeping, and tracking of training and certification requirements and ensure regulatory compliance
• Coordinate travel arrangements for off-site training as required
• Performs other duties as assigned.
