Job summary

Bombardier in Windsor Locks, CT is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Training Coach for the evening shift. Join a team that develops hands-on technical training for aerospace technicians at the Hartford service center.

The role requires 5-8 years of corporate aviation experience, an A&P license or Bombardier Repairman’s Certificate, and familiarity with Bombardier Global aircraft. You will deliver classroom and on-the-job training and help advance our training network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of corporate aviation work experience.
• Must hold an A&P license or Bombardier Repairman’s Certificate.
• Experience with Bombardier Global aircraft is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on technical training for maintenance staff.
• Lead on-the-job and just-in-time training at sites.
• Develop learning material and classroom instruction for Bombardier products.
• Provide troubleshooting guidance for training issues at assigned site.
• Coordinate with management to address training-related needs.
• Support learning advisors with key tasks as needed.

How to thrive in this role?

• You typically have a minimum of 5-8 years of corporate aviation work experience, or substantiated equivalent experience.


• You hold an A&P license or a Bombardier Repairman’s Certificate.


• You have experience with the Bombardier corporate aviation product line.


• You have experience working on Bombardier Global aircraft.
