Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel for compliance with policies and regulations.
• Monitor appearance and conduct of personnel.
• Maintain aviation memorandums and records.
• Coordinate training for crew and maintenance personnel.
• Develop procedures for scheduling aircraft.
• Approve PTO for personnel.
• Conduct meetings for coordination and information sharing.
• Approve expense accounts and participate in the interview process.
• Notify Client Responsible Officer about operational needs.
• Maintain training records and ensure timely submissions for operations.
