Qualificações

• Experience with regulatory training compliance and audit readiness.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to analyze learning data for risk and trends.
• Experience collaborating with HR, Quality, and operations.
• Preferred aviation industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain regulatory training compliance and records governance per regulatory, quality, and internal requirements (FAA, EASA, SAFA, ESG, ISO, AS9100).
• Govern regulatory training matrices: define training, roles, recurrence, dates, and audit obligations.
• Support audits by maintaining calendars, collecting evidence, and addressing gaps with clear rationale.
• Analyze training records and trends to identify risks and audit-readiness concerns.
• Prepare and communicate compliance reporting to leaders with trends and risks on cadence.
• Act as a cross-functional compliance resource for HR, Quality, and operations.
