H. T. PROF Group is seeking a Finance Manager for Aviation Investment & Leasing to support underwriting, leasing strategy, capital structuring, and portfolio optimization. The role combines aviation market insight with advanced financial modeling, accounting, treasury, and investment processes to drive risk-adjusted returns.

The ideal candidate will translate complex market data into strategic investment decisions and support cross-functional financial governance across the aircraft portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in aviation finance, aircraft leasing, or investment management.
• Advanced financial modeling skills with Excel and modeling platforms.
• Strong knowledge of lease accounting standards ASC 842 and IFRS 16.
• Experience evaluating, underwriting, and executing complex investment and financing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with accounting to ensure lease classification and revenue recognition.
• Oversee depreciation, impairment analysis, and portfolio accounting.
• Coordinate monthly close and financial reporting.
• Lead investment analysis (IRR, NPV, MOIC) for aircraft portfolios.
• Develop funding strategies with treasury and evaluate capital structures.
• Monitor portfolio performance, cash flow, and residual value trends.
• Present investment recommendations to senior leadership.
