Job summary

Introba is seeking an Aviation Technology Program Engineer in the Chicago area with 8–15 years of experience to lead aviation tech coordination for major projects. The role emphasizes client interaction, planning, and interface management with multidisciplinary teams across telecom, security, and ICT domains.

The ideal candidate will understand airport capital project delivery, stakeholder management, and be able to discuss design concepts at a high level with clients and owners.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of aviation technology engineering or consulting experience.
• Experience supporting airport planning, design, or construction projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience working with airport owners, architects, contractors, and program managers.
• Experience with large hub airports.
• Familiarity with FAA airport development.

Responsibilities

• Client and project coordination as Introba’s local aviation tech lead.
• Coordinate with telecom, security, ICT, and aviation teams to align design direction.
• Discuss system concepts, design progress, and technical direction with clients.
• Manage and resolve technical and stakeholder issues impacting delivery.
• Develop trusted relationships with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
